- Be aware of room status and also with the competitor's status.
- Check credit limit report and discrepancy report and to conduct follow up and necessary action accordingly.
- Check the management of "no show".
- Ensure that there are ample stocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for supplies running low.
- Attends to VIP arrival.
- Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty
- Be aware about local requirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Police requirements).
- Conducts and attend departmental meetings and training programs
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
