Description

Responsibilities

  • Arrange fuel request to Supplier with best offer at airport of destination.
  • Monitoring of daytoday Flights, coordination with Supplier or local Into Plane for smooth fueling & documentation
  • Coordinate with Suppliers for adhoc price request, VAT, taxes & fees and pricing to Customers
  • Coordinate with Suppliers in UAE & Overseas and Handling partners for flight fueling arrangements.
  • Coordination with Ground Handling Partners for services required by Client such as Hotel booking, catering, fueling coordination, crew transport, MVT & other services may be required.
  • Monitor customers' feedback or complaints and provide solutions.
  • Maintain and manage client's database, exposure and update the Management.
  • Follow up Supplier or ITP for delivery ticket once flight is over.
  • Ensure proper filing of flight documents.

Qualifications

  • Preferably Male
  • Can join immediately
  • Able to work with less supervision and on shifting schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and competency in business language
  • Graduate of any Aviation related course is an advantage
  • Experienced in Flight Operations, Aviation Flight Support, Aviation Fuel
  • Proficient in MS Office, software

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- aviation support: 2 years (required)
- operation specialist: 2 years (required)

  • Accounting: 2 years (required)
