Description
ADMIN Secretary provides both clerical and administrative support either as part of a team or individually. You'll be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific tasks.-
Responsibilities of the job include:_
- answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- typing, filing, and managing admin supplies
- organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases
- prioritizing workloads
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Knowledge in Arabic Language is an Advantage.
Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
- secretary: 1 year (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 07/08/2023
