You should specialize in Salesforce stack , and responsible for managing deliveries and implementation on this platform.
You should have experience in the Property Management domain having managed solutions using the Salesforce platform in this space.

You are expected to provide critical inputs during the design and implementation phase, provide functional inputs in line with the business requirements, be able to independently create functional specification documents, drive solution architecture discussions surrounding the Salesforce ecosystem, and co-create integration designs.

You should be able to manage and perform system configurations, collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams, and deliver solutions against business requirements.

You should be able to act as the application owner, maintain existing configurations, actively engage in issue resolution, publish RCAs as applicable and ensure adherence to IT SLAs.

Working with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include active participation and inputs in requirements gathering, co-authoring requirements documentation for enhancements and projects, collaborating with both end users and the broader IT teams to analyze systems, create and review functional specifications, create, and review test cases, conduct testing, training and deployment – i.e., support the full application management lifecycle.

You will be expected to adopt the latest technologies relevant to Salesforce, manage upgrade routines and be aware of the platform roadmap, thus be able to help analyze and design solutions to solve business problem

Education and Technical skills:1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.2. Techno-functional certifications desired (Salesforce certification preferred) 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL1. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.2. Understanding of real estate operations and property management processes.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders from different departments.
