Maximize the revenue potential from aftersales operations to meet the revenue and margin performance objectives through service operation and retail counter sales.

Should be able to use ARIBA for procurement purposes and very well aware about ordering required items.

Ensure accurate data capture of customer details on SAP by the Parts sales representative -retail counter for effective customer management.

Submit accurate weekly forecasts based on analysis of actual market trends, sales conversions, invoices etc for Management reporting.


Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Automotive or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum (5) years experincePeople ManagementCustomer Handling and complaint resolution
