    Eligibility:

    • Commerce graduate/C.A Inter with 2-3yrs of experience as an Accountant.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software

    Key responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
    • Record and classify financial transactions, ensuring adherence to Local accounting standards and IFRS Standards.
    • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
    • Generate financial reports & MIS for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors.
    • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
    • Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and resolve queries.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and Human Resources to gather and analyze financial information for comprehensive reporting.
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, optimize working capital and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
    • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries while adhering to labour laws and company policies.
    • Vendor management including but not limited to timely vendor communication, invoices clearing, payment process, PO management, sharing NDA with vendors.
    • Administration & operations activities to be done for company.
    • No Visa Sponsorship will be provided. Need a person who is based out of UAE and has a VISA..
