    Description


    • Ownership of the salesincentivization (commissions) plans and end-to-end process,including:

    o Provide validation and analysis toensure targets are set at an appropriate level across all salessegments.

    o Ensure accurate and timelycalculation of the incentivization plan payments based on actualrevenue achievements against targets.

    o Develop ascorecard to enable sales force to understand their quarterlyincentive payments.

    o Align with Finance and HR,on quarterly basis, to ensure timely incentivepayout.

    o Ensure alignment with budget provisionsin relation to incentive andcommission.


    • Provide monthly andquarterly analytics, dashboards, reporting on achievement levelsfor the sales leadership team.


    •Identify opportunities for process or systems improvements andorchestrate activities with concerned stakeholders to implementidentified initiatives and actions, to enhance the overall systemand incentivization plan.


    • Continuallyevaluate business incentive and commission processes end-to-endwith an eye toward scalability, streamlining, automation,efficiency gains, data accuracy, and business processcontrols.


    • Resolve reconciliationissues related to incentive data and/or compensationpayouts.


    • Provide analytical supportregarding ad-hoc research and other related variable pay projectsas identified by management.


    • Drivebest practices for incentive and commission programimplementation.


    • Manage the BusinessDepartment channel partners' sales incentives(commission) program.


    • Ensure adherenceto the organization's incentive governancemodel.


    • Lead the incentivizationcross-functional team, and ensure alignment with stakeholders fromother departments (i.e. HR, Finance andT&IT).

    QualificationandExperience:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration / Telecom / Engineering /Finance
    • MUST HAVE - 5+ years of totalexperience in Telecom Industry / IT / commercial sales operationrole / Finance
    • Nice to Have - 7+ years of totalexperience in Telecom Industry / IT / commercial sales operationrole / Finance.
