Key Responsibilities:


Loan Origination System Implementation:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Loan Origination System in accordance with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to LOS implementation.


Islamic Banking Expertise:

Leverage a deep understanding of Islamic banking principles to ensure that the LOS aligns with Sharia-compliant practices.
Work closely with Islamic finance experts to incorporate specific product features and requirements into the LOS.


Requirements Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure successful implementation.


Project Management:

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for LOS implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely delivery.


Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Loan Origination System implementation.
Proven experience working within the Islamic banking sector.


Technical Skills:

Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes.
Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems, particularly in the context of banking operations.


Salary:
From AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
