As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts that align with clients' objectives, target audience, and brand values.
_Job Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Research, analyze, and interpret market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to develop strategic recommendations that address client objectives.
- Creative Briefs: Develop comprehensive creative briefs that provide clear direction and guidance to internal teams.
- Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative and engaging campaign ideas that capture the essence of the client's brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Consumer Insights: Utilize datadriven insights, market research, and consumer behavior analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
- Brand Positioning: Define and articulate brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients from competitors, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to bring concepts to life, providing guidance and feedback throughout the creative development process.
- Presentation Skills: Communicate and present strategic recommendations, campaign concepts, and research findings effectively to clients, inspiring confidence in the proposed strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign success, providing insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Industry Trends: Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative strategy role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Creative Flair: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts that push creative boundaries while considering the client's objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, including digital marketing trends and platforms.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and drive decision-making.

- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
