What is the role?

You will lead the content development for a high-visibility Experience Center showcased at international Summit. The audience includes senior government members, global dignitaries, and leaders across sectors. The environment will house ten key initiatives with a short dwell time, so your work must turn complex material into clear, immediate, and compelling stories.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

You will shape the full narrative arc of the Experience Center. You will translate dense research into content that moves across print, graphic, digital, screen-based, and immersive touchpoints. You will work with creative, architectural, and technology teams to ensure content sits naturally within the spatial journey and reads well at every moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, analysis, and distillation of intricate subject matter into concise, audience-ready content.
• Build the overarching story structure and detailed content flows for all initiatives/cases.
• Create experience maps, storyboards, and narrative frameworks across all mediums.
• Work closely with design, architecture, and tech teams to integrate content seamlessly into the environment.
• Shape editorial tone and direction for all English content.
• Brief and manage the copywriter and ensure consistency across all written material.
• Coordinate translation needs for Arabic delivery and ensure narrative integrity is preserved.
• Prepare content packages for production partners and guide them through reviews.
• Track timelines and maintain a clear approval and feedback process.

What You Bring

• Strong research background with the ability to grasp and simplify complex themes at speed.
• Proven experience crafting editorial narratives for experiential, cultural, or institutional projects.
• Confidence in structuring journeys for fast-consumption environments.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with clarity and calm.
• Strength in collaboration and an understanding of multidisciplinary workflows.
• Sharp judgment on hierarchy, clarity, and audience behavior.
• Experience in briefing and directing writers and translators.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic familiarity is a plus.
• Project location is in Dubai. Onsite office & event attendance is required in combination with remote work.
