Job responsibilities


Ensuring that the buildings operate according to Dubai government rules, by preparing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), PPM (Preventive Maintenance Plan) as per DM (Dubai Municipality) standards for all buildings.


Coordinate between the tenants and our safety and security team, multi technician team and technician team, to ensure the complete comfort of the tenants inside the building.

Receive the tenants maintenance issues and enquiries.

Coordination of the Multi-technicians team from the out-source to work with regular technicians team.

Scheduling contractors and technicians as required, coordinating with the maintenance manager.

Maintain Task list and action plan for each building "building wise".

Follow with the tenants for feedback about solving their issues.

Supervise prepare the units before move-in and move-out, and renovate after move-out.


Follow up on all tasks of other departments in the buildings, to ensuring the smooth work of the employees within the building.

Being with technicians during repairing faults in buildings or tenants' units as much possible.

Preparing weekly-monthly reports about the buildings.


Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:


  • FMC: 2 years (preferred)
  • PPM AND AMC: 1 year (preferred)
Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • ARABIC (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
