    Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:


    Lad the development of the Digital Marketplace function in adidas and act as the key point of contact both internally and externally on all eMarketplace strategic plans.

    Execute marketplace mapping and control and manage the MENA Digital Marketplace Ecosystem.

    Make recommendations to the Senior Manager DPC on commercial opportunities with new partners and new regions on factual analysis, trends and needs while monitoring and reporting on Digital Partners, and competitors' activities and propose/initiate/take actionsAct as account manager to eMarketpace customers selected to partner with.

    Support Senior Manager DPC in setting budgets & forecasts for digital partners, devise joint business plans, and develop account strategies for achieving brand objectivesFormulate trade investments (TI) and discuss accordingly with digital partner accounts; and frequent tracking of performance against different TI buckets


    Job Requirements:
    Strong industry knowledge, eCom, eMarketplace, Pureplayers with strong cross functional experience across digital marketing and salesCommercial mindset and ability to identify and convert sales growth opportunitiesVery good project management skills, ability to understand and implement strategy, including the ability to lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical roles and several projects simultaneouslyIn depth understanding of local markets' consumers, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs
