Sweety sweets in jumeirah kite beach (mostly take-aways), specialized in sweets and blends such as:

• Crepes, waffles, pancakes, ice-creams, milkshakes, smoothies etc._

With Min 2 years in similar job
MUST BE capable and very familiar in making sweets and beverages.


We are looking for:

-
3 Waiters & Sweet-maker (2,500AED/Month):

• 
  1 Supervisor (3,000AED/Month) _"Also operates as Waiter,sweet maker,cashier and does all the work the other crew does like cleaning etc._

responsible for the entire operation,machines and equiptments including_: orders quality, follow and make sure team-mates follow recipe instructions & measurements, place hygine and cleaness, lead the work and allocate tasks accordingly. Coming with new recipes/idea for seasonal sweets and beverages. Having leading and teachings skills to lead the operation, maintain a nice enviroment, and able to instruct and train crew members of any additional new item on the menu._

Duties & Responsibilities of ALL the crew:

• Take orders, make sweets & beverages.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Receive payment by cash, credit card, etc.
• Guiding and solving queries of customer
• Provide highest level of customer service to every customer and improve it;
• Take gently Customer' orders over the phone and at the counter;
• Suggest to Customers products selection in stores;
• Promote to Customer new products & samples;
• Manage difficult situations with Customer in absence of supervisor;
• Identify customer needs & problems and manage to address them;
• Package carefully products in special envelopes & boxes;
• Count and store received products & items as needed;
• Report to supervisor for products imperfections or hazards;
• Properly use store equipment such as label machine, chillers, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, laptops, POS and upkeep it (change tapes and ribbons, etc.);
• Follow safe food handling guidelines. Keep work area sanitary and clean;
• Minimize time & improve quality to take customers' orders;
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.

Requirements:


. Prepare specialized sweets and beverages as per company recipe guidelines.

• Be open and willing to learn and develop yourself.
• Active & Energetic Person, Customers-Oriented.
• School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor Degree is preferred for Cashier.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work overtime (rarely), including weekends, and special events when needed.
• Wellorganized, detailoriented and able to multitask.
• Fastlearning and properly following the processes and guidelines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently without supervision;
• Ability to make customeroriented and costeffective decisions, take responsibility;

Experience:

• Waitress: 2 years (required)
• F & B: 2 years (required)
• Supervisor: 4 years (required)

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
