Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven PR Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts.
This role requires someone who is confident in managing client relationships, overseeing PR campaigns from strategy to execution and mentoring junior team members, all within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring high standards of delivery across all PR activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
Lead the drafting and delivery of press releases, media pitches, and communication materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and international media.
Secure meaningful coverage, interviews, and media opportunities for clients.
Oversee PR calendars, timelines, and reporting.
Manage and guide PR Coordinators and Executives, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support event launches, press days, and media activations.
Monitor coverage and provide insightful reporting and analysis to clients on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
4–6 years experience in a PR agency environment.
Proven experience managing client accounts independently.
Strong media relationships across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or related sectors.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Confident, professional, and client-facing.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
