Description
The RoleOur client, a leading construction business specializing in Tower Cranes and Heavy Machinery, is looking for an experienced professional in maintenance and logistics.
Proficiency in Arabic is required.Duties:
- Develop and implement plans and procedures to reduce the procurement and maintenance costs of Plant equipment and vehicles.
- Oversee and manage Plant operations in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and allocate appropriate resources, including vehicles, Plant equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure transportation of resources to construction sites aligns with Company Quality & HSE policies and procedures.
- Supervise the repair and maintenance of vehicles, Plant, and Equipment.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate Plant, Transportation, staffing, and material resources for project activities.
- Enforce adherence to Quality and HSE standards within the Plant & Transport department.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Quality and HSE system requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- A minimum of 8 years in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in the Middle East.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and logistics of tower cranes or heavy machinery is essential.
- SAP Plant Maintenance expertise is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, and a thorough understanding of Quality and HSE standards.
