Description

Head of HR is responsible to plan and execute HR Strategy for HQ and global offices, manage core areas in HR including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Payroll, Rewards and Recognition, Organizational Development, as well as maintain and improve HR systems and budget management.

This role is key in strengthening and transforming organizational culture, leadership capabilities, and driving continuous improvement focusing on employee engagement, productivity, and performance management.
