Byjoining Altera Infrastructure you will be a part of a company thatis market leader in FPSO solutions, specializing in designing,providing and operating ship-shaped and cylindrical FPSOs toextract challenging hydrocarbons in deep waters and harsh weatherconditions.
The Contract Manager will ensurethat all activities for which they are responsible for are carriedout in compliance with laws and regulations, contractualrequirements, and Altera's procedures and objectives.
Liaise with project andoperation teams to ensure that Altera's objectives aremet and that the contract is delivered according to the agreedterms and conditions.
Be contractual responsibleafter the project is handed over from projects to operations,leading contractual discussions with the client related to KPIs,contract variations, amendments, revisions, extensions, damages,claims, disputes, and litigations.
