Projects manager

A project manager must plan and develop the project idea.

They need to create and lead the team, monitor project manager process and progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage and coordinate between Head office and sites, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members, coordination with Consultants/Contractors/Local Authorities.

Reviewing the Technical Analyses

A project manager works closely with all the team members from the same or concern departments. They are responsible for, executing, monitoring, and completing the project. They are in charge of the project scope and team management assigned to the project.


Reviewing all Technical Analyses of projects, execution of the projects, cost control, quality control and completion of projects within the agreed time.

Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to consultants/Contractor's personnel. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Evaluate the Consultants/Contractors design by computing load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors.


Large scale projects managements Efficient in communicating values, strategies & objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results v Proficient in achieving objectives by establishing plans, budgets & results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections v Capable to manage larger size projects and tasks with changing priorities and tight execution schedules v Efficiently skillful in achieving operational objectives by contributing information & recommendations to strategic plans and reviews v Sound interpersonal skills for resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change v Possess sound expertise in developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects v Proficient in formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms v Proactive involvement in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de[1]bottlenecking v Remarkable ability to handle project operations and ensuring quality service & timely completion of the projects.
