Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making and communication with faculty and studentsBe an active member of the college and contribute to the overall leadership and management.

Ensure the best possible student learning outcome through instruction and assessments.

Ensure the adherence to the assessment regulations and procedures of the Ministry of EducationCreate a dynamic research environment for both faculty and students.
