Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing.


Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage social media accounts, with a focus on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Create engaging and shareable content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.


Content Creation:
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to create compelling and visually appealing content for digital platforms.
Ensure content is optimized for each platform and resonates with the target audience.


Community Engagement:
Foster and nurture online communities to enhance brand loyalty and customer engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.


Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels.
Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Indepth knowledge of TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
