    Responsibilities

    Duties of the role will include, but is not limited to:

    Manage the tracking and reporting of weapons stock take. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock levels. Implement and maintain efficient systems for weapons inventory management. Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues. Develop and implement remediation plans to address audit findings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure corrective actions are taken. Lead initiatives to modernise compliance systems and processes. Stay current with industry best practices and technology to enhance compliance efficiency. Implement new technologies to streamline compliance operations. Oversee the administration and management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) paperwork. Ensure accurate and organised data management for ILS documentation. Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain compliance with ILS requirements.
