    Description
    • Focuses on growing and developingexisting key clients, together with generating new business;Conducts monthly and seasonal business reviews with keyaccounts
    • Works with brand/category function todevelop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonalassortments, forecasts and scenarioplans
    • Maintains and manages relationship withthe assigned key accounts to ensure provision of continuoussupport
    • Manages existing key customers/accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and furtheraccount development; develops retention strategies for keycustomers
    • Promotes high-quality customerexperience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services isprovided to customers at all times
    • Generatesand maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides thisinformation in an accurate and timely manner ; Assists to drivebusiness sales strategy and deliver against sales and profitabilitytargets
    • Collects, analyzes and reports feedbackfrom key accounts to identify customer requirements and pass on thebusiness intelligence for effective decision making; Assists indeveloping segment level account plans for keyaccounts
    • Acts as a focal point of contactbetween the Business Unit and the assigned account/s to ensure thatany major issues are addressed in a timelymanner
    • Ensures all day to day requests areaddressed, and timely and quality resolution is provided for allqueries
    • Implements category display andenhances distribution coverage and product visibility by ensuringright product is available in the right place and at the righttime
    • Provides account feedback to keystakeholders and uses market knowledge on product trends, pricingand the competition to maximize product placement andsales
    • Manages timely coordination of accountorders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellationsand delivery information; Meets all order deadlines in a timely andconsistent manner
    • Prepares, plans and deliversclear and persuasive sales linepresentations

    PeopleManagement:

    • Definesgoals and key performance indicators for each member of the teamand ensures effective implementation of the GMG'sperformance management process
    • Develops talentwithin the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching toachieve the defined goals
    • Drives a culture offeedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providingfeedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs andcoaching the employees on the areas ofimprovement
