    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our short-term rental company.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and driving growth and profitability.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Client Acquisition and Relationship ManagementIdentify and secure new clients, including property owners and strategic partners and expanding the company's client base.

    Market Analysis and Strategy DevelopmentConduct market research to identify new opportunities and trendsDevelop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
    Scout and assess potential new properties for inclusion in the company's portfolio.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners.


    Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
    Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.


    Sales Targets and Reporting:
    Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
    Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.


    Brand Representation:
    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
    Promote the company's brand and services to potential clients and partners.


    Feedback and Market Intelligence:
    Gather feedback from clients and market intelligence to inform business strategies.
    Stay updated with industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven experience in business development, sales, in the real estate industry.
    Strong understanding of the market and trends.
