Commercial:
Store-level Commercial Compliance

  • Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure 2. Audit store inventory, regularly conduct physical stock verification (PSV) at the store level, report missing inventory & initiate suitable actions
  • Take a daily count of SKUs to tally system generated report with the inputs provided by store staff
  • Ensure revenue is booked as per defined procedure
  • Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN / declaration letter etc.)
  • Handle critical customer complaints related to commercial compliance and close all pending cases as quickly as possible
