Draft and review all agreements (including high volume) internal and external to the organisation.
Ensure compliance to legal practices by vetting agreements, contracts, new investment documents.
Facilitate businesses in creating standard legal documentations, NDAs.
Create an environment to educate businesses on streamlining standard documentation inputs, to increase legal team efficiency and timely output.
Prepare contract/transaction documentation on mergers and acquisitions.
Provide opinion/suggestions on legal documents to internal stakeholders and advising management on resolutions/way forward.
Research and respond to general legal inquiries from inhouse clients that relate to matters like local regulatory issues, partnerships, content and software licensing, litigation, privacy, intellectual property, real estate and corporate and compliance matters.
Research and advise on intellectual property matters across multiple jurisdictions
Support HR on labour relations matters from a legal point of view.
Assisting CEO in Corporate Governance.
Foresee and resolve possible crisis situations before they proceed to court.
Manage Legal processes effectively.
Ensure documentation procedures completion and review for timely completion of new company formation.
Play a key role in fraud resolution cases in terms of procedures to trace the fraudulent party and money recovery.

Education:
LLB / Graduation in Law

Experience: 5 to 7 years

AED12, AED16,000.00 per month
