We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai.


(WITH EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI REAL ESTATE)

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
  • Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:


  • A Valid UAE Driving License RERA License experience
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent
  • Secondary and Offplan
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
