CAD/CAM Operator - for Woodworking CNC Machining Center (4-Axis)_

Responsibilities:_

- _Utilize CAD/CAM software to build-up detailed 2D and 3D models for woodworking projects._
- _Dissect & translate 2D CAD designs into machinable parts using CAM software._
- _Optimize milling toolpaths for efficiency, ensuring high-quality cuts and mínimal waste._
- _Set up & operate a 4-axis CNC machining center & all related tooling._
- _Overseen daily & scheduled maintenance requirements of the CNC machine._
- _Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications._
- _Troubleshoot any issues and coordinate with technicians for machine maintenance._

Qualifications:_

- _UAE experience as a CAD/CAM Operator in a woodworking manufacturing environment with CNC machining center operations._
- _In-depth knowledge of woodworking/joinery manufacturing methods. Should be capable of generating cutting lists. _
- _Needs to be proficient with full 4-axis interpolation & use of CNC aggregates._
- _Proven experience in programming and operating European (Holz-her, Homag, SCM, Biesse, etc.) CNC machining centres (Holz-her preferred)._
- _Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality._

AED3, AED5,000.00 per month

• CAD/CAM software: 3 years (preferred)
