Master Technician

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team.

As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and maintenance services on various car brands.

Your expertise and in-depth knowledge of automotive systems will be essential in leading our team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles.
Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other major components.
Oversee and guide a team of technicians, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
Ensure that all work is performed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with the service advisors and communicate repair recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
Utilize diagnostic scan tools, specialized equipment, and technical resources effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Master Technician in an automotive service environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various car brands and models.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and advanced technologies.
Excellent problemsolving and diagnostic skills.
Leadership abilities with the capability to guide and mentor a team.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
