- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Experience in IT Document preparation
- Experience in Backup software's & Devices
- Experience in Servers, Firewalls & networking devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of network security practices
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Good working knowledge of Storage systems SAN, NAS
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more
- Engage and manage thirdparty support
