Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the boutique and inquire about their wants and needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions about Läderach's products and services.
• Educate customers about our brand history, different types of chocolate assortments, their flavor profiles, as well as the ingredients used in their production.
• Operate a cash register and process cash, credit as well as online payments.
• Keep regular track of inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
• Assist customers in selecting gift boxes, hampers, as well as other chocolate-related items and accessories.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Manage customer complaints and feedback, while focusing on providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other team members to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience.

Profile 1:
Fluent in Russian and a good command of English

Profile 2:
Fluent in Arabic and a good command of English

• Reliable and flexible (being able to work on a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on shop operation needs).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
