Description

Define the product strategy and roadmap on the assigned product line;
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
Specify market requirements for current and future product(s) by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to potential and existing customers;
Lead the vendors' relations in alignment with the company's strategy;
Identify potential partners for the product(s);
Provide and manage complex quotations;
Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system;
Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities involving the channel team;
Ensure the highest level of support and engagement with channel partners and respond in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customers' needs;
Manage & mitigate project issues and risks;
Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project details;
Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 45 years' experience in IT Product Management;
Excellent written & verbal communication in English;
Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales;
Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members;
Proven records in achieving & over achieving sales targets;
Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organise and champion key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction;
