Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We are hiring an experienced administrative professional to perform clericals and administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain client files and important documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle CRM related tasks, such as creating and updating listings, creating Electronic Form A and NOC and arrange for the property owners signature, as well as facilitating the closure of deals in our CRM system.
  • Create Tenancy Contracts and facilitate the signing process between landlords and tenants.
  • Manage the Afimmo social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
  • Create Contracts A, B, and F, then get in touch with the developer for the NOC to ensure everything is completed.
  • Schedule a meeting with the trustee office after the process is complete, and inform the buyer and owner of all necessary computations and paperwork.
  • Verify online portals and maintain accurate property information across various platforms.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by creating eyecatching flyers and promoting properties on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with other real estate brokers to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Submit the necessary paperwork for each property. Trakheesi Permit (complete understanding of Trakheesi);
  • Able to handle DLD ( Dubai Land Department) concern, matters, inquiries, issues Experience in administration, accounting, and marketing is desired.
  • Write, revise, and draft letters, addendum, and contracts pertaining to real estate. Keep an eye on the inventory for renewals, sales, and rentals.

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or real estate role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Oversee daily management and updating of listings on the CRM (Property Finder and Bayut Profolio) and handle data entry tasks, including editing and posting ads on property portals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
  • A proactive approach and selfmotivated attitude.
  • Provides general office and operational assistance
  • Good English communication skills, sharp, and presentable
  • Wellversed in all relevant internet real estate advertisements (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc.) Comply with RERA laws and regulations
  • Be familiar with all forms relating to real estate
  • Ability to operate independently while adhering to lead real estate agents' instructions

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:

Real Estate Admin: 1 year (required)
