Love Luxury Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Collaborations & Partnerships Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive collaborations and partnerships strategy aligned with Love Luxury's business objectives.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, media outlets, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and reach new audiences.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual benefits and drive ongoing collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with Love Luxury's brand values and objectives.
• Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future collaborations for maximum impact.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain Love Luxury's competitive edge.
• Represent Love Luxury at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and forge new partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the luxury industry in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of successfully executing strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive brand growth and revenue.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying innovative partnership opportunities and developing actionable plans to capitalize on them.
• Fluency in both Arabic ( Preferred) and English, with or without residency in Dubai.
• Proficiency in writing press releases, managing media relations, conducting outreach, and pitching stories and product placements.
• Extensive contacts and strong relationships with Arabic-speaking UAE press, including radio and TV, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai media landscape.
• Demonstrated success in securing press coverage, encompassing profiles, product placements, and thought leadership, across both traditional and digital media platforms.
• Passion for the luxury industry and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and trends. Salary:
AED9, AED13,000.00 per month
