Description
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil 3D Infrastructure BIM Modeler in the Gulf region, with a focus on wet and dry utility projects.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software and other BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) for infrastructure design and modeling.
  • Utilize Civil 3D software to develop detailed 3D models and design documentation for infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site development.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications, and translate them into BIM models and drawings.
  • Incorporate topographic data, survey information, and engineering designs into BIM models to accurately represent existing conditions and proposed infrastructure elements.
  • Develop alignments, profiles, corridors, and grading designs using Civil 3D tools to support road design and earthwork calculations.
  • Create intelligent BIM objects and components for wet and dry utility systems, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and utilities coordination.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical, to integrate infrastructure components into overall project designs and resolve clashes.
  • Generate construction documentation, including plan sheets, crosssections, and details, from BIM models to support the construction phase of projects.
  • Perform clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts between different design disciplines within the BIM environment.
  • Provide technical support and training to project team members on Civil 3D software and BIM processes.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
