    PositionOverview:

    Responsible for HVACInspector work advisory to work with the Resident Engineer toundertake the initial assessment then implement the recommendationsand ongoing construction managementsupport.

    General Description ofRole andResponsibilities:

    • Responsiblefor monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed perO&M Manuals PPM planner and onsiterequirements.
    • Manage thirdpartycontractors/vendors for work ordercompletion.
    • Performing site surveys to assistin Mechanical assets takeover from construction contractors toO&M contractors.
    • Support the team withmanagement to Manage all required Mechanical work operations formultiple purposes within various assets like Utility Tunnel CarPark and Pump Stations.
    • ReviewMechanicalrelated manuals and documentation to ensure they areprepared to the full extent and contain all the necessaryinformation.
    • Supervise Mechanical works done bythe onsite contractors.
    • Verify and reportAsBuilt Drawings submitted by thecontractor.
    • Liaise and attend meetings withcontractors and other key personnel to solve Mechanical andtechnical issues and other relatedmatters.
    • Assist with establishing supplier/subcontractor performance managementsystems.
    • Perform any other duties the SeniorEngineer/Manager/Client assigns.
    • Support theteam with operations and maintenance issues with Mechanicalassets.
    • Coordinate with consultants contractorsand subcontractors and be involved in the review/ implementation ofall Mechanical functions and discipline required for theproject.
    • Supervise contractors andsubcontractors to carry out site works according to design intentand the suppliers O&IM procedures for timely delivery ofequipment.
    • Ensure that the installations of allMechanical related systems follow asbuilt drawings requiredspecifications and standards.
    • Responsible forsite work implementation anddocumentation.
    • Attend site meetings as and whenrequired.
    • To deliver high quality prompt andcourteous O&M services in support of the customers businessrequirements ensuring a safe workingenvironment.
    • To liaise with the customersrepresentative on Mechanically relatedmatters.
    • Support the implementation andmaintenance of ISO standards.
    • Maintain andensure QCS QCDD MOI and the clients standards in daytodayMechanical system upgrade works.
    • To meet KPIrequirements set by management from time totime
    • Ensure that all Mechanical relateddisciplines are fully integrated with the Clients CAFIM systemsincluding work orders completion KPIs andSLAs.
    • Review tender documents related tomaintenance and system upgrades related to Mechanicaltenders.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • BachelorsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent isrequired.
    • At least 5 years of experience in asimilar role.
    • Relevant experience on FMO&M projects is required.
    • Registrationas a licensed professional engineer is highlypreferred.
    • Extensive experience in HVACplumbing sanitary utilities BMS sustainability smoke controlsprinklers and rainwater systems for renovations and newconstructions is required.
    • A good understandingof Health and Safety legislation is highlypreferred.
    • Excellent communication and computerskills.
    • Excellent command of the EnglishLanguage.
