    Description

    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for supporting procurement and contracts activities for the purchase of products and services for consumer customers by assisting in defining respective procurement plans, executing, handling strategic relationship with key suppliers and managing internal stakeholder management in a manner promoting sustainable sourcing and preserving good performance and quality of purchased products/services negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Developing and implementing procurement strategies for specific categories.
    • Communicating category strategies and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
    • Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
    • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
    • Leading the sourcing process, including Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and bidding processes.
    • Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, and reliability.
    • Monitoring and reporting on category spend and savings.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Seeking out and implementing innovative solutions to improve procurement processes.
    • Staying informed about industry best practices and applying them to the category management process.
    • Overseeing the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts.
    • Ensuring contractual obligations are met by both parties.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

    8 years of experience in procurement and contracts department
