Purpose and Scope


The Manager Onboard Product at Beond plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our onboard products and services.

As a luxury leisure airline, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our passengers from the moment they step on board.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the onboard products that contribute to our passengers' comfort and enjoyment throughout their journey.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the onboard product strategy to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Operations, Cabin Crew, and Catering, to ensure seamless execution of onboard services.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of onboard products, including amenities, meal options, and entertainment systems.
  • Monitor guest feedback and conduct market research to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Inflight Experience team to develop and implement training programs for cabin crew, ensuring consistent delivery of onboard services.
  • Collaborate with onboard technology vendors to leverage innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in onboard product development and passenger experience.
  • Compliance with safety regulations: Ensure that all onboard products and services comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop contingency plans and protocols for managing onboard productrelated emergencies, such as equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or customer complaints. Act swiftly and decisively to minimize the impact on the customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices: Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in terms of onboard products and services. Research and benchmark against competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboard product management or related field within the airline industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of onboard product trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different time zones as required.
