  • As a Management Trainee you have to work in various sections of the F&B Service department.
  • Has to adapt himself/herself to working with different sets of people and in different departments any given day.
  • Main duty is to gain as much knowledge of the organization as he/she can and prepare himself for a managerial role.
  • Has to become aware of the international policies and practices of the organization you are working for.
  • Has to spend time observing experienced team members of the organization in order to learn about the necessary methods and procedures.
  • Has to involve the management in setting goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress with the help of key team members of the department.
  • Communicate with various members of the department and be sensitive to cultural differences.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Hotel Management or related field
  • Available for 6 months internship
  • Passion for excellence in service and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  • Being selfconfident, approachable and possessing leadership skills are important prerequisites in being successful in this profession.
  • Business Mindset.
  • Be resourceful and well organized.
