- Meetswith the customer to discuss their specific needs and generates anestimate that includes all customerrequirements
- Ensuresthat the estimate contains the correct project information,including products and quantities, and incorporates any changesrequested by thecustomer
- Preparesjob schedule, budget, and materials list and delivers toappropriate team members andcustomer
- Providesestimates on change orders for currentprojects
- Performsinspections/site walkthroughs to identify progress and addresspotential issues as early as possible and to ensure project adherestotimeline
- Maintainspositive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers,and otheremployees
- Participatesin meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc. asrequested/required
- Serviceall CertaPro Painters' customers with the objective ofmeeting their painting needs and building customers forlife.
- Providesupport toensureprojects are completed on time and withinbudget
- Ensurethat all field programs, systems, and initiatives are beingexecuted at a highlevel
- Buildand foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximizeproductivity andprofitability
- Providefield training and coach painting crews to improve brand deliveryandproductivity
- Facilitatesthe resolution of client warranty & workmanshipissues
- Ensurepainting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safetyguidelines andregulations
- Construction/paintingestimating experience preferred
- OSHACertification is aplus
