WeareBRF

Manage all the production related performance indicators of the lines by ensuring optimum utilization of the resources. Coordinate the production flow by guiding and training the production staff and being the contact point for the team, Line Supervisor and other related departments
Control the productivity of the operators and help to control productivity of the lines.
Support the supervisor to guarantee the quality standards of production.
Check and control the line losses to guarantee the production yield.
Assist the supervisor to organize team, in achieving scheduling requirements and to to organize the production plan.
Substitute the supervisor in case of his/her absence.
Material ordering (PPEs, raw material, packaging and ingredients).
Adherence to safety and integrity commitments on the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Installation, Maintenance and Repair Operating Machine or Equipment Work Scheduling and Allocation Internal Communications Health, Safety and Environment Operations Management Leadership and Direction 1408
    Experience:

Experience, Skills and Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in FMCG or related field with an experience of leading teams.
Technical Diploma or Graduated in Food Manufacturing/Business related areas

English:
Business Proficiency

Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and supplier's instructions related to machinery.
Good command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel).
Strong work ethic, culture adaptability and commitment to excellence.
Ability to lead and motivate team, leading by example.
Problem solver

Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner.

Availability to work in shifts and alternative production hours.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong ability to coordinate a multicultural team.
Excellent communication skills.
