    1. Manage large complex accounts sales andlead contract negotiations and involve the right stakeholders asneeded.

    2. Develop his/her account plans,identifying opportunities and strategies to capturethem.

    3. Maintain strong professionalrelationships with key decision makers and influencers for his/heraccounts.

    4. Identify opportunities to increasesales of digital services/products, complex solutions and coretelecom services for his/her customers.

    5.Understand competitor offerings, value propositions and keystrengths. Develop plan to anticipate and respond to competitoractions.

    6. Develop detailed understanding ofhis/her customer's organization including key decisionmakers and influencers, nature of business, telecom budgetallocations and expansion plans.

    7. Tracks,analyses and understands customers' business, procurementprocess, and buying criteria; anticipates their needs andtranslates into present and future requirements for ICT servicesand tailored solutions.

    8. Educate customersabout terminology, features and benefits of products and complexsolution and new technology trends in order to improve product andcomplex solution related sales and customer satisfaction. Generatenew and repeat sales from his/her accounts by providing Etisalatproduct and technical information in a timelymanner.

    9. Maintain and improve sales penetrationwithin customers across all product portfolios. Proactivelyrecommend services needed by customers to increase his/hercustomer's satisfaction and improve transactionprofitability and actively promote ICTSolutions.

    10.Ensures customer satisfaction andretention and maintains profitable account growth. Work onachievement of set revenue targets by coordinating all customerrelated activities.

    11.Bears overallresponsibility for customer ownership and acts as central point ofcontact and interface between customer organization and Etisalat.Executes overall sales strategy and develops compelling plans forhis/her customers.

    12.Manages entire sales cycleof his/her accounts including his/her customers profiling, accountplanning, lead generation and sales funnels. Leads development ofsales proposals tailored to address customer requirements byinterfacing with Solution Architects.

    13.Liaiseswith all related sections (especially Service Delivery) to ensuresmooth and efficient processing, delivery and implementation ofsold services within required deadlines and with required level ofquality.

    14.Coordinates with Account Managers andoversees all daily sales and service activities related tocustomers

    15.Organizes and leads cross-functionalteams on ad-hoc basis to address specific Customer issue orrequirements.

    Knowledge,Experience &Competencies:

    • Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing/ BusinessAdministration/Telecom/Technology.
    • 10-15years' experience in sales/ key accountmanagement
