Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, and patches in line with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of SAP systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement and maintain SAP system security measures, including user management, role assignments, and authorizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Conduct system backups, disaster recovery planning, and system copies as needed.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical support for SAP projects.
  • Configure and manage the SAP transport landscape to ensure smooth movement of changes across environments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP Basis activities and processes.
  • Provide enduser support and training related to SAP Basis functionality.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest SAP technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or in a similar SAP Basis administration role.
  • Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and support packs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components.
  • Experience with SAP HANA administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP system security and authorization concepts.
  • Familiarity with SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication in English and Arabic and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • SAP Basis certifications are advantageous.

Salary:
AED25, AED30,000.00 per month
