HVACTECHNICIAN

Salary: AED 2000 AED3500

Duty: 8 hours

Location:Ajman

Responsibilities:

• Installing maintaining and repairing ventilation and airconditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVACsystems.
• Cleaning adjusting and repairingsystems and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly andefficiently.
• Providing technical direction andonthejob training.
• Keeping daily logs andrecords of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuringcompliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Healthand Safety Act.
• Complying with servicestandards work instructions and customers requirements.
• Assisting with customersqueries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma GED or suitableequivalent.
• 1 year experience as an HVACtechnician and willingness to continue education in HVACfield.
• Valid drivers license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioningrefrigeration and heating.
• Working knowledgeof boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing airand water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonalskills.
• Proficient in reading schematics andwork plans.
• Ability to work after hours overweekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confinedspaces.
