Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems, Active Directory , SCCM , Azure. - Good written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English).
