Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pedicure and Manicure Specialist to join our barbershop.

As a Pedicure and Manicure Specialist, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their hands and feet look and feel their best.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality pedicures, manicures, and nail treatments while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:

Offer additional nail treatments such as nail art, gel nails, and nail extensions based on client preferences.
Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment by following strict sanitation protocols, disinfecting tools and equipment, and maintaining sterile conditions.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any existing nail health concerns.
Educate clients on proper nail care practices, including athome maintenance and recommended products.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry, and recommend new services or products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and preferences, to ensure personalized and consistent service.
Assist in maintaining salon inventory, stocking necessary supplies, and placing product orders as needed.
Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visits.
Collaborate with other salon team members to create a cohesive and positive atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pedicure and Manicure Specialist, preferably in a barbershop or salon setting.
Extensive knowledge and proficiency in pedicure and manicure techniques, nail care, and nail health.
Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity for precise and skillful nail treatments.
Understanding of proper sanitation and hygiene practices within a salon environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique preferences.
Creative flair and ability to offer innovative nail designs and styles based on current trends.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively, ensuring appointments are completed in a timely manner.
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per client demand.
Relevant certifications or licenses required by local regulations.

Salary:
Up to AED3,500.00 per month
