Description
Our client is one of the world's most internationally recognised companies with real estate projects spanning the entire globe.


With the increase in workload and expansion across different jurisdictions, they are now seeking an experienced lawyer to be based in Dubai, to advise and lead on new real estate development projects featuring luxury hotels, residential and commercial buildings as well as related leisure facilities.


Applicants should ideally have 10+ years' experience working for international law firms and/or in-house teams, with a focus on real estate development.

Extensive experience of the real estate development lifecycle is essential with expertise in areas including planning, financing, leasing and portfolio management of property.


Remuneration:


£230,000 - £260,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
