Description
A general manager is needed at a home health care center in Dubai. With a good basic salary and a good commission. You must have a working experience in the hospital, clinic or home health care facility in Dubai.

Note:

You must have worked in the hospital, clinic or home health care facility in Dubai and must have Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.


  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problemsolving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
Job Description;

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Training lowlevel managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.

  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.

Salary:
AED5, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
