JobSummary:

As the ChiefFinancial Officer you will play a critical role in the strategicand financial management of the company. You will be responsiblefor overseeing all financial activities providing strategicfinancial guidance to the executive team and ensuring the companysfinancial health and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. FinancialStrategy andPlanning:
   

• Developand implement the companys financial strategy in alignment withoverall business objectives.
  
• Leadthe budgeting forecasting and financial planningprocesses.
  
• Evaluate the financialperformance of the company and provide insights fordecisionmaking.
  

FinancialReporting andCompliance:

• Prepareaccurate and timely financial statements reports andanalyses.
  
• Ensure compliance withaccounting standards regulatory requirements and taxlaws.
  
• Collaborate with externalauditors to facilitate annualaudits.
  

CashFlowManagement:

• Managecash flow effectively to support ongoing operations and strategicinitiatives.
  
• Implement measures tooptimize working capital and reduce financialrisks.
  

RiskManagement:

• Identifyand assess financial risks proposing risk mitigationstrategies.
  
• Implement internalcontrols to safeguard company assets and ensure financialintegrity.
  

CapitalStructure andFunding:

• Evaluateand recommend optimal capital structure to supportgrowth.
  
• Explore and secure financingoptions for projects acquisitions or working capitalneeds.
  

FinancialDecisionSupport:

• Providefinancial analysis and insights to support strategicdecisionmaking.
  
• Collaborate withother executives to assess investment opportunities andROI.
  

StakeholderCommunication:

• Communicatefinancial performance strategies and risks to internal and externalstakeholders.
  
• Build relationshipswith banks investors and other financialpartners.
  

TeamLeadership:

• Leadand mentor the finance and accountingteam.
  
• Foster a culture ofaccountability professionalism and continuousimprovement.
  

QualificationsandRequirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPApreferred.
  
• Proven experience as aCFO or in a senior financial leadership role within theconstruction infrastructure and power distributionsector.
  
• Strong understanding offinancial regulations accounting principles and industry bestpractices.
  
• Excellent strategicthinking problemsolving and decisionmakingskills.
  
• Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstratedability to lead and develop a highperforming financeteam.
  

Requirements
