We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Constructioncompany as an Architectural Designer. You should be able to assist our clients with their architectural design requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and understand their project requests.

As an Architectural Designer, you should have a portfolio of your previous works as well as familiarity with various CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing project requests
• Planning and developing architectural designs
• Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval
• Using 2D and 3D sketching tools for creating project drawings and drafts
• Making adjustments or corrections to the designs as per the client feedback
• Adhering to the design specifications, safety guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations at all times
• Coordinating with the Project Architectto understand all the project requirements and other details
• Conducting indepth research to identify new architectural trends before designing
• Ensuring that the architectural designs have correct measurements and dimensions mentioned
• Producing CAD drawings and color boards to aid in discussions with the clients
• Providing clients with design recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or a similar role in the Construction industry
• Holding a strong portfolio of architectural designs

Pay:
AED5, AED5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
