  • Managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Cold calling prospective customers to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Fluent in both
    English and
    Arabic.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through calls and electronic communication.
  • Keeping accurate records of calls and relevant details.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to quickly build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Sales Experience: Significant experience in sales or customer service call center roles (outbound calls to leads to convert to customers).

Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
